Modular housing

Built-in factory assembled and finished on site.

A prefabricated building is a home that is built off-site –and is currently described as a modern method of manufacturing and modular homes.

Modular homes are constructed off-site in controlled environments and to a detailed building specification and build plan. Buildings are generally modern, energy-efficient and competitively priced

Generally, your home is built in sections, in-wall section wall and roof sections, and complete with electrical finishing’s and delivered and assembled on-site as specified by you.

An additional advantage to modular homes is the minimal opportunity for delivery overruns. This is in part due to the construction of the pieces being in a controlled indoor environment that can’t blame the weather for delays. Without weather interruptions, the average home would be constructed in no longer than four months. During this construction process, workers are producing products in a low-risk environment.

How our modular homes work

At Lindrick Eco Build we will build your home in one of our various build methods, be it timber frame, SIPS or steel frame. Foundations are completed by our team on-site and in this construction phase, the house sections are constructed ready for installation on site.

Currently, we are not involved in volumetric modular buildings but have many volumetric partners whom we work with to assist with your project
