If you are considering looking after a relative or you simply need more space for a ‘place of your own’ the Lindrick Eco build independent living annexe might be exactly what you’re looking for. Creating more space or additional space is a big decision for most people and we are there to hold your hand all the way through the process, from planning to moving in.
Dependent upon your location and the size of your unit our annexes may not require planning. However, even if planning is required, we will handle this for you through our in-house planning team.
By choosing one of our annexes which is separate from your main dwelling and self-contained, we offer both independence and privacy, with the peace of mind of having your loved ones close by.
Our accommodation lodges are generally single story, with separate living and dining areas, as well as a fully functioning kitchen, beautiful bathrooms or shower room as well as fitted bedrooms. Most people opt for external decking creating a relaxing external recreation area.
Annexes range in size from 25m² up to 100m².
The Lindrick Eco independent living range is produced to exceed building regulations and to give you a highly insulated energy efficient eco-home which has very low running costs.
Our team has over 20 years’ experience in construction, we have maintained our family-centric approach to all our products. As a family-run business ourselves we put your family’s needs at the heart of what we do, so you have a smooth and easy experience throughout your Granny annexes build.
We provide a full turnkey service from start to finish. Our professional staff will support and guide you, handling everything throughout the process from the initial site survey to when you move in. At Lindrick Eco Build, we will design your ideal home, create and submit your planning application, provide complete project management throughout the build and ensure your annexe is fully connected to utilities and drainage.
Each annexe is covered by a ten-year build guarantee/warranty against defects in workmanship. This is insurance-backed and covers both groundworks and the annexe structure itself. The unit is built to building regulations and is mortgageable if you require.
